Insurance Information

We’re in-network for the following providers:

  • Delta Premier
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (excluding PPO)
  • Altus
  • Cigna
  • Guardian
  • Aetna (Millis location only)
  • Delta Dental PPO

We’re out of network but will submit to the following:

  • Harvard Pilgrim Pediatric Dental
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (excluding PPO)
  • Metlife
  • United Health Care
  • Humana
Your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company.

We submit claims on our patients’ behalf as a courtesy. We do not have details of your particular policy, as your coverage is negotiated between your employer and the insurance company. We make every effort to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company to help determine an approximate out-of-pocket cost for upcoming procedures. This amount is payable at the time of treatment. If your insurance determines that a service is not covered, you are responsible for the complete charge.

  • Payment plans are available for orthodontic treatment or extensive restorative dental work

We send statements monthly when your account has a balance. Payment is due within 30 days. Accounts may be referred to our collection agency when payment isn’t received after the third statement.

Patients without dental insurance must pay in full at the time of service.


We strive to honor your time by ensuring that each patient is seen in a timely fashion. For that reason, we request 24 hours’ notice if for some reason you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. This makes it possible for us to better serve all of our patients. A missed appointment fee may be charged if we do not receive appropriate notice.


Our relationship is with the parent who usually accompanies children to their appointments. We are not privy to the details of court orders regarding child custody or divorce agreements. Noncustodial parents will not be billed without their written consent.
